Disconnects and Reconnects

If you are remodeling or doing a service upgrade and need your electric service disconnected, please call 651-463-6288 and our schedulers will assign a crew to assist you.

Street Light Maintenance or Repairs

If you notice a streetlight that is burned out or in need of repair, please contact us by calling 651-463-6287. You may also complete our online form or e-mail us at streetlights@dakotaelectric.com.

Tree Trimming

Upon request, we will remove dead trees adjacent to the right-of-way, which may jeopardize the power lines. There is no charge to you for this service. Please contact us at 651-463-6287 or trees@dakotaelectric.com.
