Why are you inspecting my air conditioner in January?

It may appear odd to have someone checking your load control receiver in the middle of the winter, especially if you only participate in Cycled Air Conditioning®. However, to prepare for the upcoming cooling season, Dakota Electric employees and contractors will be inspecting and upgrading load control receivers used for our off-peak programs, including air conditioning.
