Voting
Ballots
The election and bylaw voting is conducted by an independent firm, Survey & Ballot Systems, Inc. A ballot will be mailed to every Dakota Electric member household on March 11. Ballots placed in any of Dakota Electric's drop boxes will not be accepted.

Voting Online
In addition to voting by mail, members will also be able to vote online by visiting www.dakotaelectric.com and clicking on "Cast Your Ballot" under “What's New.” To vote online, members will need their account number and e-signature, which will be included with the mailed ballot.
