Partners in Progress celebrates economic development success

You are only as strong as your weakest link. It may sound like a line from an inspirational poster in your company's lunchroom, but Dakota Electric knows that when the cities we serve succeed, so do we. That is why we dedicate resources to local economic development efforts and celebrate the success of our communities at events such as our annual Partners in Progress.

“Partners in Progress is about more than just celebrating progress,” said LaDonna Boyd, Dakota Electric's economic development director. “It's a way to thank the cities and their employees for the hard work they do to bring in new businesses.”

As part of the Partners in Progress program, each city receives funds to aid in economic development projects such as Web site and marketing material creation.
