Special Environmental Projects and Events

Dakota Electric hosts, sponsors and participates in several events promoting environmental responsibility, including the following:

Environmental Learning Opportunities

One of the best ways for people to learn about being goods stewards of the environment is being involved with hands-on programs. The School of Environmental Studies renewable energy project features a wind turbine, two solar panels and educational information on site. We encourage members to visit the project to learn more about renewable energy.
