Dakota Electric files for a rate increase with the Public Utilities Commission

On Sept. 19, Dakota Electric Association filed a rate case with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission seeking an overall increase of about 4.3 percent. McGruff Safe Kids Identification kits for school children are now available from law enforcement agencies throughout Dakota County and nearby communities.
