Technical Profiency

Technical proficiency is mandatory for all board members. Directors will be required to utilize software programs, including but not limited to: Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Reader (PDF), DocuSign, and Diligent Boards (board governance management software). Directors are also required to have proficiency with iPads and consistent access to the Internet.
