EV Time-of-Use Program Updates

Dakota Electric’s EV time-of-use periods will change as part of upcoming rate updates, expected in early 2026. Off-peak hours will be 10 p.m.–7 a.m., Monday–Friday, with a new morning peak from 7–9 a.m. Weekends and holidays remain fully off-peak. Questions? Contact our Energy Experts® at 651-463-6243.
