Rate Case Update & Notice to Cogenerators

Rate Case Update On December 11, 2025, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission approved Dakota Electric’s rate case settlement. EV Time-of-Use Program Updates

Dakota Electric’s EV time-of-use periods will change as part of upcoming rate updates, expected in early 2026.
