Each year Dakota Electric sends five local high school juniors or seniors on an all-expense-paid trip to Washington D.C. for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association's annual Youth Tour.
Youth Tour Includes:
Visiting with elected officials
Touring monuments
Learning more about cooperatives
Making friends from around the country
