Some members who mailed in their payments last month may have experienced a late fee or a past due balance. Our billing vendor printed the incorrect barcode on the payment envelope, sending the payments to the wrong post office, which delayed the processing of payments.

All late fees affected by the processing error have been removed and payments have been credited to the accounts.
